Sandeep is a Partner, Risk Consulting in KPMG Canada. Sandeep is a CIA and CISA bringing over 15 years of industry experience across Canada and globally and brings strong and practical expertise in Enterprise Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management, Operational Risk Management and Internal Audit for the Financial Services Industry. Prior to joining KPMG in 2018, Sandeep held a senior ERM position in large global financial institution.

Sandeep’s experience includes the design, implementation and oversight of ‘fit for purpose’ ERM programs that support strategic objectives, brings value to the organization and foster a robust and effective risk culture. His experience covers managing various complex projects including: risk operating model design; risk governance set-up and optimization; ORM benchmarking and effectiveness review; facilitation of risk assessment at both strategic and operational levels; implementation of RCSA, KRI, Incident reporting program; change management and risk reporting. He has performed several internal audit reviews of the risk function effectiveness and benchmarking.

Sandeep is on the Board of RMA Toronto and work with various industry and regulatory professionals on regulatory and risk management matters.
