Prior to helping launch the Council, Adam was a Director at the Canadian Centre for Advanced Leadership in the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary. He served as the 18th President and CEO of the Calgary Chamber of Commerce where he took a struggling and traditional chamber of commerce and transformed the organization into a dynamic and award-winning entity.
