Clinton Griffiths is a Director with Orbis Risk Consulting. Clinton is an experienced risk management and internal audit professional who has worked on dozens of engagements within the public sector. These include engagements in areas such as cyber security, data governance, data analytics, privacy, risk management advisory, value for money audits, external quality assessments and business process improvement.

Clinton has held senior leadership roles within both the public and private sector. These roles include serving as Chief Audit Executive for the Ministry of Justice in Saskatchewan, as well as a risk advisory regional lead within a national business consulting firm. In addition, Clinton’s experience includes time with the Office of the Provincial Auditor of Saskatchewan where he led the office’s program evaluation portfolio and overall research activities.

Having been a chief audit executive as well as an external consultant, Clinton is well versed in the application of audit standards and has a deep understanding of the information security challenges faced by the public sector.

In addition to his broad range of experience, Clinton has been an active member within the Canadian internal audit community including currently serving as the Vice-President, Strategy with the Ottawa IIA chapter and former VP of Programs with the IIA Saskatchewan. Clinton also has the pleasure of serving as the Co-Chair of Programs for the 2022 IIA National Conference.
