Caroline Alleslev-Cserhati recently joined RBC’s Internal Audit team as a Senior Director of IT. Previously, she was at PwC leading the National Information Technology & Digital Risk Assurance Services practice. Caroline’s career started in electrical engineering and technology consulting with a strong governance, data/information and transformational program focus. As she moved into a more IT focused risk area, her knowledge and understanding of the CIO/CTO function helped her to work collaboratively with clients in providing value-added IT internal audits, IT risk projects and emerging technology/innovation assurance assessments. Caroline is enthusiastically working to help the IA IT profession to move the dial towards being more innovative as a function and being a trusted advisor to auditees.
Caroline is also passionate about mentoring the leaders of tomorrow and has helped create several mentorship and training programs for new graduates over her career. She is very excited to see an increase of women in technology risk and mentors many young successful women.
