Every Sherlock Holmes Needs a Dr. Watson: Demystifying complex communication to reach your intended audiences.

Level: Intermediate

With background experience working in corporate communication roles in the non-profit, public and private sectors and with politicians and media, the presenter will share his experience in entering the new world of internal audit. He will relate the impact he made in creating dynamic and evolving key messages for the audit department to trigger the desired response from each key audience but not without some bumps, aha moments and lessons learned along the way.  Participants will be able to take advantage of these lessons learned and understand how to remove the mystery of some of our favourite buzz words, like “assurance” and “value add” for our important audience.
